The space
Welcome to this charming Poets' Corner apartment, where original character meets contemporary comfort. With its own private entrance, beautiful period features, and cosy interiors, it offers a welcoming home away from home for couples, families, and friends visiting Brighton.

Enter through your own private front door at ground level, with the apartment situated on the first floor and accessed via two flights of stairs. Once inside, you'll find a spacious and inviting home designed for relaxing after a day exploring Brighton.

The living room combines comfort and character, with a large sofa, armchair, beautiful bay window, and feature fireplace creating a cosy space to unwind. The dining table seats four, making it easy to enjoy meals together or plan your day over breakfast. A Smart TV is also provided, with guests welcome to use their own streaming accounts.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals during your stay, including an oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential crockery and utensils. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided for your arrival, along with a cafetiere for coffee lovers.

Both bedrooms offer a peaceful space to recharge, each featuring a comfortable double bed, bedside lighting, and storage. With two double bedrooms, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

The bathroom includes a bath with shower over, toilet, and wash basin. Complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and soap are provided, along with starter supplies of washing-up liquid, toilet roll, and kitchen roll.

Poets' Corner is a fantastic base for exploring Brighton, with the station nearby providing convenient connections. After enjoying the city's beaches, independent shops, restaurants, cafés, and attractions, you can return to the quieter surroundings of this welcoming neighbourhood.

Please note that the apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via two flights of stairs, with no lift. The lounge area is open to the staircase and does not have a door, so guests travelling with toddlers or young children may wish to bring a stairgate.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, with their own private entrance and full access to all rooms and amenities.

Other things to note
Check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Please do not check in early or check out late without prior permission, as this can disrupt our cleaner’s schedule and may result in a £30 charge.

A travel cot and high chair are available on request, subject to availability. The travel cot costs £15 and the high chair costs £10. Please pay for these at the time of booking, with payment received at least 24 hours before check-in. The travel cot includes a thick, breathable, anti-allergenic mattress suitable for Red Kite Travel Cots and Graco models (93 x 64 x 6 cm), although guests should bring their own cot bedding as linen is not provided. If you use the high chair, please return it clean at the end of your stay.

Parking
Parking is available on nearby streets, but restrictions vary. Some spaces on the street are residents-only (Zone R), while others are timed non-permit spaces.

There are also unrestricted parking options across the railway, accessible via the nearby tunnel, within a short walk of the property.

Paid parking is available at nearby council car parks and pay-and-display bays. You can also use JustPark to pre-book a private parking space.

Please always check local signage carefully before parking, as restrictions and charges vary by street and time.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
