KITCHEN / LIVING AREA The living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire. \- Bedroom 1, zip and link beds, set up as a double bed, can be split into two singles, upon request, sleeps 2 \- Bedroom 2, Triple bunk bed, sleeps 3 \- Sofa Bed in the lounge, not yet made up as a bed, so you can enjoy the space - linen is provided, sleeps 2 BATHROOM \- The bathroom has a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, sink, mirror and toilet. We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. Ideal for city breaks with friends, family getaways in Brighton & Hove, or professionals visiting for work.
