"The room wasn’t clean. The sheets on the bed were torn and did not even fit the size of the bed. Stains were on the sheets as well. Hair and smudges were still in the bathroom from the last guests. Room was switched and there were still stains on the bed sheets. Water in the room did not get hot. ..."

The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton
"Thoroughly enjoyed the property with two young boys 8 and 11. They loved playing basketball in the pool. Wife and I were able to get R&R while boys made friends. Staff was great and so were the facilities. Housekeeping was the only weak link but they weren't terrible."

"Check-in was challenging as the there was a difficult guest for front single staff however the single staff was low on energy to begin with. Rooms are very good looking and clean , bed is not comfortable and creeks as the mattress is sitting on a frame not a solid bed frame, no phones in the room ..."
