Early check-in fees: $75 for 1 hour early (3 PM), $150 for 2 hours (2 PM), or full nightly rate for 3+ hours early. Late checkout: $100 for 1 hour, $200 for 2 hours, or full nightly rate for 3+ hours. Any unauthorized checkout past your scheduled time without written approval will incur a $50 penalty for every 15-minute increment.

Neighborhood and Peace of Mind
We love our quiet residential community, and we know you will too. To keep the peace for everyone nearby, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with no outdoor music during that window.

Pet Policy: We welcome approved pets for $75 per stay. Please clean up after your pet—additional cleaning fees apply if needed.

Pool: Your private pool is available year-round during specific operating hours. Please do not adjust pumps, filters, valves, timers, or chemicals—our system is professionally maintained for safety. Contact us immediately if you notice any issues, and we'll handle it.

Your health and safety matter to us just as much. Every home goes through an enhanced deep clean between reservations, with extra attention paid to frequently touched surfaces.

These fees cover the adjusted cleaning routes and any extra labor needed to have the home ready for the next stay. Just message us at least a day ahead of your arrival or departure time, and we'll confirm with the cleaning team once they're on site.

Unauthorized late checkout. Any guest or belongings remaining on the property past the scheduled checkout time without prior written approval will be billed $50 for every 15 minutes over, with any partial 15 minute window billed at the full rate. For example, 1 to 15 minutes late is $50, and 16 to 30 minutes late is $100.
