The front desk was really good. They were dealing with a lot but were always warm and engaging. Though this was a non smoking place there was a strong smell of smoke and weed in the hallway through my stay. Often it would even come into our room. The room was dirty, one pillow with no pillowcase, the microwave had a hole burned into the case. The remote to the tv did not work. The screen was busted on the window. The bedside table had no drawer. Unfortunately the elevator broke and we were on the top floor. I didn’t like that everywhere smelled like a thick curtain of smoke the elevators were dirty and old. Also didn’t like the blankets provided were just literal thin sheets but all to be expected as it is an extended stay definitely could’ve been cleaner though. I arrived and the entire place smelled like smoke even the NON Smoking rooms I booked.
