The only issue was getting around. You either need a car or an Uber to get around. For those of us traveling with the intentions of walking, this would not be the place for you. But if you just need a place to sleep, and are counting on calling a Uber, you should be good. The breakfast options are very limited, and aren’t the healthiest. So if you have diet limitations make sure to call and ask what they serve.

Arriving after-hours, shuttle transport wasn’t available. The night property manager had ordered an Uber to pick me up. Fast, clean, courteous service with a smile! We need more places like this one! Keep up the great work!

I booked this hotel because it had airport shuttle; however, it does not start until 6:00 am and I had to pay Uber to catch my early morning flight. This did not make any sense to me. The staff were professional, pleasant, and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Glen and the other staff members were great. The hotel is clean and the hospitality was good. I only had problems with my door key not working, and the inconvenience of taking it back and forward down to check in

Horrible rooms and poor management skills!
The rooms do not look like the pictures online. The hotel room was not clean, there was no phone in the room, towels, bed covers and everything was already dirty. Curtains were filthy and there was dust so bad you could see it and i have allergies. We did not stay at the room! We requested a refund and the owner has yet to give my money back. He had me send him pics and told me he’d get back with me but never did. The owner/manager BAKHSHI,ARUN is a complete fraud and doesn’t like to give refunds! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It’s creepy looking and worn down. We had no idea but we left and went to Hilton by the Galleria and it was amazing!!! But please don’t go to this creepy establishment.

Not a great place to stay.
The airport shuttle stopped at 11pm. As an international travel I did not have phone service to call. Had to borrow a phone only to find out there was no service. Many other hotels had shuttle s running. Linens felt worn. Bathroom amenities were not complete. There was two body lotion and no shampoo. Breakfast was not good at all. Coffee machine in our room didn’t work.

Disappointed with property after it had 9.1 stars on reviews. Staff was great. Breakfast was subpar. Rooms where clean, but many years past needing refurbished.

This place is ghetto. The bedroom is the only nice thing. The bathroom tub was peeling. The bathroom door didn’t even close all the way. Cracks in window. You can hear people having sex all around you. At random times in the night there was repeated slamming of the front door on various rooms across from me and on my floor. Very unsafe if you are a solo female traveler. The receptionists don’t even know what day it is. Or care about checking you in. Tried to call from desk during door slamming and of course no one is answering. Elevator also takes 5 mins just to go down one floor.

Service was horrible, a shady cash deposit of $60 was required to stay, sheets felt damp, and not enough towels provided in the rooms. We will never stay here again.

Great room and comfy bed but hit water was not hot cold was not cold and no fan in the bathroom made it extremely hot in there, windows were dirty. Only one ice machine and no vending. Not really anything to do around here. Pool was nice small but nice. Could of used some take out menus in the room. Nice to have shuttle service.

The lady I checked in with forced me to take $60 out of the ATM instead of using my card. Not only rude but also told me grotesque details about WHY they wanted a cash deposit. She told me that guests were pooping on the beds and destroying these rooms.

Good bed. Property is a quite dated but clean . Terrible breakfast. Friendly staff. Airport shuttle dus not show to pick us ip from airport and no one picked up phone at reception. Did het a ride to the airport. Clean hotel; ok for one night
