Guests mostly end up extending their stay from the comfort and convenience of the location. It's 20 mins away from downtown, 10 min away from I-10 Fwy. 15 min away from the energy corridor. On Westheimer and 25 minutes to the airport. The best part is you can walk down to the grocery store and bakery. The apartment itself is loaded with essentials for a long-term stay. 1\. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below. 2\. Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request (50 USD). Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 3\. Each Trash violation occurrence is $75\. (Trash violations occur when you leave trash outside designated pickup timings and dates) 4\. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. 5\.
