This space is like a luxury hotel experience without the price tag. Perfect for traveling business professionals, remote workers, medical guests, couples, and friends. The space does not have a full kitchen. A mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker are provided.

Guest will have access to Unit A and shared garage. If you have more than 4 guests and need additional space, please message us for availability of larger units.

The neighborhood is close to the Hobby Airport, Medical Center, Downtown Business District, Midtown, Museum District, Houston Zoo, Aquarium, Turkey Leg Hut, University of Houston, Texas Southern University, Rice University, and night spots.

We recommend that guest use ride-share such as Uber or Lyft to get around Houston as we are in close proximity to the airport, downtown, medical center, popular restaurants, and clubs.

C Luxe Living is a two unit property with Unit A being a private suite with full bathroom, kitchenette, remote and work station.
INSPECTION

You are required to walk through Unit A to report stains and damages during the first 24 hours of check-in. Please provide pictures of stains and damages.

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed inside of Unit A.

THERMOSTAT

The thermostat is located on the alarm panel. You are not allowed to lower the thermostat past 70 degrees to avoid freezing the air conditioner. The room has a ceiling fan. Use the remote for the ceiling fan located on the wall next to the light switches. Both switches need to be on to operate the light and switch. Hold the button down for at least 5 seconds to change settings.

LAMPS

The lamps in Unit A Suite turn on and off by tapping the base. The lamps also have USB outlets. Remember to bring your own charger chord.

TRASH

Two trash bins are located in a pullout drawer in the kitchen to the right of the dishwasher. Take out full trash bags to the large trash cans in the garage. Replace trash bags in the trash containers. Do not use trash cans without trash bags.

LAUNDRY

Neutrogena make-up wipes and black make-up towels have been provided to you to remove make-up. Do not wash black towels or kitchen towels with white towels, white sheets, and white robes. You will be charged the replacement fee if laundry is stained.

SLEEPER SOFAS

There is a sleeper sofa in Unit A. You are required to use gray sheets with mattress cover on the sleeper sofa. If a mattress protector and gray sheets are not used on the sleeper sofa, you will be charged a replacement fee for stains and damages.

ALARM SYSTEM

If you accidentally set off the alarm system, enter your door code on the panel. Then call us at 281-780-2484 or 832-335-6079 to inform us if the alarm is a true emergency or accident.
