We were unable to stay due to A/C issues. VRBO finally stepped in and issued a refund for the property after 1.5 hours on the phone with them. The elevator in the parking garage we had to park in was not working, so we had to use the stairs or walk around the complex to another elevator. Buildings are not marked down low on the garages, but way up high on the buildings. That caused us lots of extra walking. But, the apartment was beautiful, just like the pictures. There is a road right outside this apartment, so the noise is loud during high traffic times. Wished we had been able to stay.
