For your safety and ours, exterior security cameras are installed at the front porch and garage door. These cameras record 24/7 to monitor occupancy and ensure policies are followed. Rest assured, your privacy is respected—recordings remain confidential and are used solely for security purposes.

- Respectful Volume:
We’re in a safe and quiet neighborhood—please minimize noise, especially outdoors. Quiet hours is from 10PM-8AM, please minimize volume during this time to respect our neighbors.

- Parking:
- Max 4 vehicles allowed at the property (do not block walkway or park at neighbors’ curb).

- Pool Maintenance:
Our pool is professionally cleaned every Thursday to ensure it stays sparkling for your enjoyment. Please note that as an outdoor pool, some natural debris like leaves may occasionally blow in between cleanings. We appreciate your understanding!
