Approved events have additional associated fees/deposits paid prior to stay. •Parking> Maximum of 4 vehicles permitted •Smoking> no smoking of any kind, anywhere on the premises. •Bugs> Bugs, flies, ants, mosquitos, etc. on the outside of the home are inevitable therefore we do exterminate regularly (inside and outside) to discourage them from being a nuisance while you\`re relaxing outside and to eliminate any environment for them to thrive inside of the home. •Cleanliness> Please use white / black towels as suggested to help prevent stains of any kind and fees that can be associated with unremovable stains. There is a $60 fee if bodily fluids are found and a $20 fee if trash is not secured properly in a trash bag upon check out. •Lockouts> guests are responsible if a locksmith is required for re-entry. •Furniture/Damages> In the rare case that furniture is moved; it must be returned to it’s original location. Broken or missing items will result in a fine. This includes damage from decor on the walls. •Pets> Yes pets are welcome, please ensure they are added to the listing.
