The apartment complex had a glitch with the app that allowed access to the elevator, but I’m sure that issue will be resolved. First, it was unclear and incomplete instructions. Getting in at midnight I was unable to get a hold of the host (understandable), but a better communication strategy would have been appreciated. The system itself is clunky, and I was unable to lock the door the entirety of my stay. The building is secure so that wasn’t a big deal to me.
