This hotel near IAH is a good value! I was able to get into my room several hours ahead of the 3 pm check-in, which I greatly appreciated. If you don't have a vehicle, the area around the hotel is not very pedestrian friendly, but I satisfied my thirst and hunger with the nearby options.

Will definitely stay here again!

I accidentally booked this location...but I'm so glad I did. The room was fantastic, the desk clerks were friendly and helpful. This location was 10 minutes away from my intended location, but, going forward, I'll drive that extra 10 minutes for a superior experience. This is by far the best experience I've had at a Super 8.

When I arrived, there were 10 people checking in and the process was very slow. The elevator smelled really really bad and the person in the van had a bad attitude. I hope they improve on that, the property is very well located and the rooms were ok.

Okay for overnight stay

The customer service was good, but don’t try to check in before 3:00pm unless you don’t mind paying extra for early check in. The room was spacious but average. My biggest complaint was the lack of hot water and water pressure. The shower and sink water never got above luke warm.

The room stunk. It was dirty. Small bugs on bathroom floor, old roll of toilet paper and opened shampoo in bathroom. Bed was old and hard and nasty. Big dried blood spot over 12x12 on the mattress pad under the sheet. We chose to sleep in the other bed. Would never go back.

Good stay of Junior Olympics

Overall our stay was nice. We were there for the Junior Olympics. Our initial sheets had stains on them but they switch them out when asked. Their customer service was good. They could update the breakfast area. Beside that is was a good stay.
