The vicinity to the stadium and other things we wanted to do was great. The area itself is shady at best and people were out in the street talking, yelling, crying, and laughing at night each night we were there. There are some new developments going up across the street from abandoned homes which was not an issue for our heavy sleepers in the group. The house itself was very nice but quite dirty. The rug in the living room has probably not been cleaned since this home started renting out. Overall, we had a good experience with some caveats that others should know in advance. ##### Roy M.
