Ideal for getaways, or work trips, it's equipped with a full kitchen, appliances, and in-unit washer/dryer for convenience. Gated community Private 2 car garage. Security patrol. 1\. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or any violations of the house rules below. 2\. Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request (150 USD). Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 3\. Each Trash violation occurrence is $75\. (Trash violations occur when you leave trash outside designated pickup timings and dates) 4\. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on balconies and shared spaces.
