Cute and Comfy

Very clean and super chic! Our unit was great. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Easy keyless entry with walkway to covered parking. Had a small hiccup with entering/parking which was resolved quickly with office staff due to last tenant not leaving the key fob for gate. Host even called me directly to make sure everything was settled. Easy and safe walking to Galleria Mall.

RAT IN UNIT

WARNING: RATS - STEER CLEAR OF THIS PROPERTY! My recent experience at this home was incredibly disappointing (the worst I've ever had), as it failed to meet my expectations for cleanliness and comfort. Initially, the check-in process went smoothly, which made me hopeful for an enjoyable stay. However, I was horrified to find evidence of what appeared to be RATS during the early part of my visit. Returning to a disordered home and finding my belongings damaged by rodent bites left me feeling extremely uneasy and distressed throughout my stay. To confirm my unsettling suspicions, I set up a camera before leaving out one day and was luckily able to catch A GIANT RAT staring back at me through the camera. The rat's size is beyond description, and it was terrifying to realize that this creature had been sharing the space with us the entire time. Although I reported this issue to management immediately, their response was casual and delayed, failing to adequately address my concerns. The lack of swift and effective action only added to my frustration. To clarify, I contacted the property manager "in charge" but faced delays as they needed to consult with the unit's owner. By then, it was far too late to find alternative accommodations due to multiple events happening in the area. I sincerely hope that the owner and management take urgent action to rectify this issue, but until then, DO NOT BOOK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
