This 2-bed/1-bath house is centrally located in the desirable neighborhood of Montrose.  
  
The interior has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen, new bathroom, & new furniture. Tastefully decorated with fashion & functionality in mind, this home features a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom, 1 living room & 1 kitchen.  
  
All TWO bedrooms have king-sized beds and the house comfortably sleeps, with 4 guests. Every bedroom has its own 65” TV. We also have an outdoor area perfect for gatherings.
