We had a dog with us and the yard and the layout of the house worked well. Had all of the appliances and decent supply of dishes and flatware to serve our needs. Sleeping accommodations were good for our group of five adults. It was reasonably priced. We came for a softball tournament in Pearland, so it was a good location. But the house needs some work. All of the doors stick when opening and closing them, including the fridge. The floor has lumps throughout the house as does the ceiling and walls. Also the rooms need better curtains as a lot of light gets through.Check in was easy, but no check out instructions. Only 3 trash bags were available.
