This hotel is fine for a night or 2, but I wouldn't stay longer than that. The room was pretty dirty but at least the bed was clean. The staff were really nice & accommodating.

Lower cost option for those going to MD Anderson Cancer Center. Complimentary shuttle service to the center was prompt, easy, and reliable. Kitchenette in room was a big help. Room and bathroom were basic but sufficient. Coffee in lobby was nice especially on early mornings.

The area was less than desirable. The bathroom had permanent stains as did the kitchenette. Our tv did not work properly and it took until the 2nd for someone to come fix it. The alarm clock made a soft buzzing noise so we had to unplug it..

This reservation was prepaid in full but the front desk clerk called our room late at night insisting it was not paid. Husband spent 30 minutes back at front desk proving with emails and receipts that room was PAID. The next morning the manager confirmed yes it was paid. Horrible experience at this hotel and kept us up late into the night unnecessarily.

This property does not offer daily room servicing and guests must even requests clean towels. Rooms are serviced ONLY WEEKLY. This does not appear anywhere in the advertisements. Neighborhood is also cery seedy. I’d rename it the Main Stay Away.

Pleasant 2-night Stay
My daughter and i stayed for 2 nights while she had a procedure nearby. We got a superior suite, which had a queen bed, kitchenette, sofa, chair and a desk. The room was very clean, the bed super comfy, and it was really quiet for the most part. The kitchenette had a small, full-sized refrigerator with a freezer, a small sink, cooktop, coffeemaker, microwave and a small dishwasher. We were supplied with dishes, drinkware, utinsels, a pot and a pan. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and the atmosphere was relaxed. We felt safe there at all times. The room could use some updates, but everything else made up for it. Recommend.

Very disappointed,
Stay here for convenience and the shuttle service. Shuttle drive left without me even though I was there waiting. Had to switch rooms because we were on the first floor and blinds didn’t fully cover the windows and the TV didn’t work. In the new room the TV worked but you had to hold the remote together or the batteries would fall out. The bath tub would not drain so after the first person showered the water just stayed in tub. Have stayed here in multiple occasions over the past four years when I come for my Cancer check-ups but the quality just seems to be going down. Seriously considering this being my last stay here.

Shuttle driver in the morning is very nice but I got forgotten in the transition and waited an extra hour in the rain and had to call again for the afternoon driver twice

We had no hot water for the stay and ask for some money back. They wouldn’t even give me a receipt upon checkout. The shuttle drivers were nice. We were there due to my brother being a cancer patient and had appointments at MD Anderson.

Overall the hotel was great, nothing extravagant but it was clean and had a little kitchen area. HOWEVER, We booked online where it asked me to put in my card even though I chose to pay onsite. We get there and we end up paying with a different card then I put on the website which goes through. Days later and now both cards have been charged even tho the card I put in online was only supposed to be charged if we didn’t show up. There phone number online is out of service so it’s been difficult reaching them.

Last minute booking
Was a last minute book due to family emergency. Bed was a little hard for me but overall, friendly staff amd clean room. Hot water could have been hotter but good stay.

Some guests stayed in the poor from 8pm to 1am, they made quite a lousy party. I lived in 4th floor, and still couldn’t sleep. Hotel staff just won’t do anything about it.

Need updates
When we arrived the front desk clerk was slow. I was already late (not her fault) to a function and it took her about 20 mins to check the man in front of me 3 rooms. It was only he and I checking in. The third floor smelled like seafood. I thought maybe somebody had bought some and I could understand but the whole hall smelled terrible every time we went up to our room.

Everyone was so nice! The gentleman who worked the overnight shift was so kind after I came back from my concert, I wish I had brought him back something. The room itself was very clean and better than expected for the price! It was definitely a lot of bang for the buck.

The hotel is very dated. Rust stains in the shower. Toilet was low flow but very low flow. Had to wait 45 seconds to flush twice. Floor a/c in the bedroom. Pulling from the window made the room smell.
