The fourth bedroom offers ultimate flexibility with a queen bed and two sets of full-over-full bunk beds, perfect for slumber parties or larger groups. Two additional bedrooms flank the game room, ensuring privacy for everyone. One provides two queen beds, ideal for families or friends, while the other features a queen bed and a twin for flexible sleeping arrangements. But the fun doesn\`t stop there! A fully equipped 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom garage apartment offers additional space and privacy. Walk into an open-concept living and kitchen area with bar seating, perfect for movie nights or casual meals. The two bedrooms in the apartment provide even more sleeping options: one with a queen bed and full-over-full bunk beds, and the other with a queen bed. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests.
