We like the proximity to the NRG Stadium. Place was great, had everything you need. Parking is great but small for a big trucks.

Cute, clean and close to NRG!

Stayed here for the Beyoncé concert. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Convenient location, walkable to NRG.

Great Place!

It was very easy to check in. Directions from the owner was great! Place was very clean and comfortable. It looks exactly like the pictures. I will definitely use this location again when I need to be in the city.

Nice comfy condo

This was a very convenient listing I love the area I just had a small issue with the cleaners not being about to locate the key fob due to the hurricane the key cafe puts the keys in different boxes which caused a confusion other than that it’s a great pool side barbecue area and clean place

Stay in Houston

Check in was a little difficult. Building had a few issues, lock on the 6 floor was broken, didn't need fob to enter. Suggestion Fob should open stairwell on each floor. - Water to the toilet was turned off on arrival. - No instructions with television. - Cabinet under TV was hanging by a thread. needs to be fixed before someone gets injured. Place was clean and very taken care of and the company that helped with me getting in the building, and knowing where to park, was very helpful.

Security very lax, homeless guy digging thru garbage inside the "secure" area, key fob would not work to get into the elevators, after no response from host we asked several people how to get in And most responded they don't stay there but they were in the "secure area. Still no response but finally found a kind gentleman that told us key fobs often don't work but the lock on the 6th floor was busted and we could get in there. Hallways reeked of marijuana, furniture was very cheap and one of the barstools was falling apart, shelf was about to fall off the wall in guest bedroom and there was no remote for the tv. Heavy layer of dust on top of fridge and on all shelves. Bed was not comfortable. The only good thing was Liberty taco on the corner and the pool view. Host never responded the entire length of our stay

Great place for events at NRG

We had a wonderful time here! Great communication, comfy beds, safe building, beautiful view of pool from balcony. The only tricky thing was knowing how to get into the building once we got our keys and fob. Friendly people helped and it all worked out! Great restaurants within walking distance (loved liberty tacos). Would stay here again!

Wouldn't know, but HORRIBLE...

Could not gain access to this property because an access code to the lockbox was never provided to me and therefore forced me to seek accommodations else where for my vacation. Also, still trying to recover the funds paid in advance. 1 star given only because 0 stars in not an option. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
