This modern newly remodeled townhome is centrally located close to all the best inside-the-loop parts of Houston: Heights, Buffalo Bayou, Memorial Park, Downtown/Midtown, Montrose, Rice, etc. Walking distance to the main bars, shops and dining. Whether you're here to socialize and explore or a business trip with spare time to walk around the city. Look no further! You've found the right lux experience for your Houston stay!

Our modern newly remodeled 3-bedroom townhome consists of 3 levels.

First floor

- Bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private bathroom shower/tub combination.

Guests are allowed to park inside the garage with a limit of 2 vehicles

When booking our home keep in mind there are a few cosmetic issues throughout like chipped paint or scratched cabinets. We have a full record of everything and we won't charge any guest unless intentional damage has occurred.

We are located on one of the most congested streets over the weekends due to the most popular bars being within walking distance from our home.

Cool Pad, but not so Lux

The place is in a great location. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. It's a bit worn out, though. There were some broken fixtures and the quality is more like college housing than "luxury". It was clean and keypad entry was very easy. Overall a decent place to stay.

This place is in prime location to everything on Washington ave, food, drinks etc.We had a great time staying here and we could just walk everywhere. Host is great and quick to respond. We will stay again next time we are all in town!
