We were unable to access any of the amenities that we paid for. Our children were highly unhappy we couldn’t access the pool. The place was not cleaned very well at all, there were roaches around, The Television wasn’t working, we couldn’t even access the Wi-Fi. The host responded but nothing was resolved during our stay. I asked for a refund of some sort because this was not a home away from home.
