Fully equipped designer kitchen & accordion glass doors for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Access to miles of hike & bike trails steps from the front door.

Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom / walk in closet  
  
Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds

Full use of the house, patios & garage. Some closets are not available as they are used for storage. Parking is a available for one car in the garage and one in the driveway. Ample Free street parking also available.

We have Netflix & Amazon Prime set up on 4 TVs (one 70" in living room, 65" in master bedroom, 43" in 2 more bedrooms)  
  
While our home is suitable for older children, please note that it may not be ideal for infants, young toddlers or elderly adults due to the many stairs and rooftop terrace. Living areas start on second floor.
