This 1 bedroom, 1 bath will make you feel like youā€™re somewhere in the Caribbean living your best life! This unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests and is perfect whether youā€™re here for business or for leisure. Youā€™ll be near to the NRG Stadium and down the street from the Texas Medical Center. \- Amazing Pool View \- Fully equipped kitchen with cooking ware. \- Full complimentary coffee/tea bar. \- Customizable LED lights all throughout the unit. \- 50-inch Smart Tv in bedroom. \- 55-inch Smart Tv in living room. \- King size bed. \- High Quality Linens for a comfortable stay. You will have access to the pool, gym, computer room, garage, and the entire apartment. One closet will lock as that is the cleaners closet with cleaning supplies. I will be available for any questions or concerns throughout your stay by text/call. Quiet Neighborhood Towing is enforced. You must make sure the temporary parking permit provided is visible in your vehicle. All other vehicles without a parking permit must park on the 5th floor which is Visitors Parking. The parking permit will be on the counter inside of the unit. MAKE SURE you immediately go place it in your car upon checking-in as we are NOT responsible for any vehicles towed. 1\. Check-in is at 4:00pm, absolutely no bag drop offs are allowed. (Early check-ins may be available at a $50 fee, ask host.) 2\. The Cleaners will be at the property at 10AM. Checkout is promptly at 10:00 am unless prior arrangements were made. (All unauthorized late check-out will be charged $60 after 20 minutes pass checkout. Also, a $60 per hour fee until checked out. The cleaners will charge me if you're not out, please check-out on time. 3\. Parties are not permitted. This is our most important rule which will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. 4\. No additional guests are allowed that were not previously stated on the reservation. ($50 per night for each unauthorize guest) 5\. A RING doorbell camera is installed for the safety of all our guest, and for home security purposes. ANY sort of tampering with the camera will result in a $500 fine and cancellation of your reservation with no refund. 6\. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. This includes inside of the unit, on the balcony, in the hallways, or in the garage. Smoking is 100% prohibited on this property. ($500 fine if this rule is violated.) 7\. You are held responsible for any items that are broken/missing in the unit. Also, please avoid eating/drinking on the bed. Any linens that are found severely stained will be charged to you. 8\. Guest cannot receive any packages via courier service or the mail, without prior approval from the host. 9\. Quiet Hours starts at 10:00 PM. Please be courteous to the neighbors. 10\. My husband had two surgeries at MD ANDERSON. We needed to be in Houston all week. The apartment was less than a mile from the grocery store and pharmacy. The apartment was super clean and we felt very safe. The host gave us very good directions to get into the parking garage. The bed was comfortable.
