Plenty of seating at the kitchen bar (4 bar stools) & 7-8 seating at the dining room table. High ceilings, open concept, fully equipped kitchen, filtered water dispenser, stainless steel appliances. Coffee station, all ceramic pots and pans, blender, air fryer, toaster, baking pans, etc..
