It's nothing fancy but gets the job done. When we were there the elevator was broken for a couple days but they called us ahead of time and asked if we wanted to continue with our reservation and, if not, they were willing to cancel our reservation free of charge, so great customer service. They also put us one the second floor so it wasn't much of hike up the stairs. The rooms are in decent shape and clean and its very well located near the energy corridor.
