The check in was very easy the front desk receptionist was nice. You also less than 3 minutes to the Willowbrook Mall & plenty food restaurants and shopping ares.

Great hotel, the guy who greated at check in was very inviting and pleasant. The atmosphere was nice. Smelled good in the lobby and the elevators. The room was very nice and clean and spacious. Only one thing i can say i was not pleased with were the sheets on the bed were not soft and cozy, they were scratchy and hard. But my ovrrall stay was great.

The property was quiet and had plenty of parking. The room was spacious and the beds are comfortable. All of the workers where really professional. Jose did an excellent job during check-in.

Even though I got a king bed it felt like queen size bed. They need to upgrade their mattresses.

We booked the hotel through expedia and they have accepted the reservation. When we have reached over there around 10PM, they have mentioned that they have stopped accepting the reservations through expedia since morning. They didn’t allot us any room and we were like not sure where to go at the moment. This is unacceptable from them. They should have intimated us earlier

It was very, very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good (bacon, sausage, eggs, eggs with potatoes, pancakes). There was no problems at all and I would definitely stay here again!
