You can tell that this is an ancient building. Everything looks drab and dingy and you can also see cracks in the walls, the elevator was loud and extremely worn with damaged floors and walls. A water leak from the bathtub into the kitchen area washed out a few dead roaches on the kitchen floor. I didn't stay after that.

Do not stay here
Dirty, beds uncomfortable, nothing in the kitchen, no plates, utensils, etc. had to ask and it took several hours to get. No breakfast at the hotel. No hair dryer. The knob in the shower wouldn’t stay where placed so had to take a scalding hot shower and freezing cold shower. One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We were here for a volleyball tournament and it was close to NRG but not worth it at all.

Roach infested.
If I couldn’t give a negative star I would. Roach infested. I called hotels.com twice and was told we can only move you to another room. I couldn’t cancel my trip or move to another location. I was moved to another room and there was roaches in that room also. Literally woke up to a roach on my face. Never again.

The desk women were very nice and helpful. The hotel always smelled like Marijuana the bed was hard as a rock so bad i could barely walk the next morning. Also someone tried breaking into our vehicle while we were there.

This hotel offers the necessities to cook your own meals and save money for other entertainment spending!!! We were able to go across Kirby street and buy some steaks and cook them ourselves since the room included full size refrigerator, sink, stove and cookware.

Not a very clean hotel. Pictures on the app are not accurate for room descriptions. There were roaches on the room. I had to change my own linen and had to go down to get dishes. No one would bring them up. Being a senior i asked for a 1st floor and was told it was too late because he had activated the 2nd floor room keys already.

Initial room had several roaches. Informed the front desk and they were able to move me to another room. Same issue with the second room. People had bags of trash sitting in the hallway. Had to get fresh towels from the front desk because there wasn’t any cleaning staff around. Toilet was leaking and visible mold in the bathroom.

No coffee available in morning, said there was coffee and breakfast but nothing was available. No ice machine at hotel, no blow dryer available; never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have this available. Bed was hard and place was run down. Hotel was dirty the restroom has tiny cockroaches the floor our room was in they were remodeling the room in front of us & it was so hot & musty & noise bc of the dust that was there. We felt very congested. The only convenience was the NRG stadium was walking distance I mean you get what you paid for.

Not the best extended stay for the price.
Considering it was an extended stay I thought they would have easier access to plates and silverware but you have to go to the front and wait. The lady at the counter gave me two plates and one set of silverware. We had room temperature water in the shower and sink for the entire stay. Staff was mostly pleasant though.

It is right next to NRG as well as many hospitals. The rooms are spacious and have kitchens as well. So if you plan on staying or have to for medical or business purposes. I highly recommend. I would like to see some of their amenities improve and also a healthier breakfast option. Other than that. The staff and overall care is A . Not too bad…comfy.
The room itself was clean very clean and comfy. The lobby has a very bad odor that was not pleasant when greeted. The hallways smell like black and milds or incense. The premises were kept up well. Not too bad of a stay.

I suggest ANY other motel/hotel unless absolutely desperate. Check in staff wrre rude and short. Night staff was hospitable and accomodating. The room smelled of wet dog. I opened the window to air out and it was worse. I turned the air on and left it on. Also bought a can of smoke x and it helped.
