The space
You are booking both halves of a duplex — Maison Covington and The Art House — as one private property. No other guests, no shared walls with strangers. Each side is a complete, self-contained home: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, living room, laundry, workspace and its own entrance. The Art House leans design-forward with curated artwork. Maison Covington is warmer and opens to a private backyard. Twelve people fit comfortably. Nobody sleeps on a sofa.
