The house overall was decent and had good potential, but it could definitely use a bit more attention to cleaning and preparation for guests. When we arrived, the house had a strong smell of cat urine, which made the first impression a little unpleasant. There were also towels left in the dryer from a previous use, and there was shampoo still in the shower when we checked in.
The space itself was fine and could be a really nice stay with a little more tidying up and making sure everything is properly cleaned before guests arrive. With a few improvements in housekeeping, this could be a much better experience for future visitors

STUNNING STAY
Lou is amazing first and foremost. He communicated so well, set up a beautiful space, and thoroughly communicated everything. The home was AMAZING! I stayed there for my Birthday/Bachelor party and loved it! Lots of space. Lots of amazing sights within 15 min and we felt safe and secure.
