The personnel do not speak a good English and had to speak to the manager. On the web page it states it includes iron and ironing table which it did not I had to request it, air conditioning was not working the manager arranged to give me another room on second floor but when I arrived they gave me a room without air conditioning we requested extended checkout the personnel was extremely rude kicking us out the next day
Whenever my friend visits from Vidor Texas this is his go to for stay. Very convenient and close to all attractions, restaurants and bars in the area.

Air conditioner was only half working and the coffee was horrible it looked like tea and only one packet of sugar. It was an okay stay but probably won’t ever stay there again.
The room itself was ok. The vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work so if you deuce, your whole room smells like it. Breakfast was nonexistent. You got a honey bun or a granola bar. Not even the typical hotel waffle iron. If you are traveling with kids, you better stop somewhere to use the restroom before you get there or wait til you get to your room because they do not have a lobby restroom. Parking is limited so if you are late you have to park way out back in the dark zone. I might have given a better rating if the room charge fit the room and amenities. I feel it is quite over priced at $135+tax per night. You can find better for this price range.
The 2nd night of this stay which we’re in different rooms had fleas in the room. Front desk wouldn’t change our room and only offered a refund if we checked out in the middle of the night. Terrible
The room was very large and clean. We had a nonsmoking king and bed was comfy, had a little sitting area, microwave & fridge, and a ceiling fan. Check in was easy. Person at check in was very pleasant. Only ‘complaint’ is there was no free breakfast due to Covid reservations and maybe not enough help. Would definitely stay here again!
Check in was terrible. We were told “maybe in 20-30 minutes I will be able to see your reservation”. I showed her the entire reservation and confirmation on my phone and had to insist I was tired, hungry and in no mind to wait. She reluctantly gave us a room and asked if we wanted downstairs or upstairs. I said downstairs and she replied “well only have upstairs”. Very frustrating!! Tried to hold my drivers license which I refused. Finally got to the room. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Bed comfortable. Slept very well. Breakfast was dismal with one sad banana. After searching in 3 rooms and cabinets the guy finally found some more bananas. If the service had been even lukewarm it would have been a fantastic stay.
Horrible staff very rude basically told me to die after I asked to be switched from a smoking to a non smoking room don’t waste your money and this horrible place
