Had an ant problem but the owner responded quickly to help take care of it. AC was window units only, but stayed plenty cool with temps in the high 80s/low 90s. Neighborhood closeby was nice but the immediate area still “in progress” of being revitalized. May not be the best location for a young family, however it was quiet at night with no noisy dogs and no cars with radios blasting (we stayed 3 nights). Parking more than one car would be a challenge (street parking only). Small but adequate if you’re going to be away doing things most of the day.
