Bedroom 1 with a King bed, nightstands, room darkening curtains. En-suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. Massive dream walk-in closet with floor to ceiling mirror. Direct access to backyard. Bedroom 2 with queen bed, nightstands, dressers, 43" Smart TV and room darkening curtains. Plenty of storage. Bedroom 3 with queen size bed, a nightstand, full length mirror. Main bathroom has extensive counter space. Bathtub/shower combo. Highest grade LG appliances. Arhaus luxury furnishings. Please don't allow pets on the furniture. Front patio features a place for 2 people to relax. There is a porch fan and lights as well. Security camera in front yard and back yard. Monitored by the city for your safety, but can be turned off at your request. A general hurricane preparedness kit is provided and includes basic items. Please do not remove the items unless necessary to use in the event of a hurricane. Guest access: The home is entirely yours and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. You have access to the fenced in backyard. Other things to note: There is a train track in front of the house. However is does not run often. The house is newly updated and street noise is minimal to none.
