Minutes from downtown, this 1BR/1BA home offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and city energy. Featuring a private, gated yard that you can walk right out to and grab some amazing tacos, or across the street for a night of the finest libations. Whether you're in town for a game at Daikin, or traveling for work, you're right where the action is. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on the 1st floor with a private, gated patio that allows you to enter and exit your apartment from the patio. She had lots of random items like an iron board, soap, etc. to make your stay more convenient. The location was minutes away from everything we wanted to do and the bed was big and comfy. The apartment was perfect for our family of three. It was very clean, smelled clean, and felt clean and safe. If there were a drawback for this location it would be the location of where you have to park your car in reference to where the apartment is located. The parking garage is located in another building across the street from your location. It’s quite a walk, and elevator ride, and walking across the sky walk to get to the front door. We are not complaining about that at all. We are just not accustomed to not being closer to our Car. Mariah the property manager was extremely helpful with every single question I had She was quick to respond to my messages too. If needed we would stay here again. ##### Patricia P.
