We are sorry that you did not experience the stay you were looking forward to in our historic and proud area of the city with Buffalo Bayou, Midtown and Montrose among the areas we enjoy being nestled between. We hope that you will accept our apologies regarding the condition of your restroom. Cleanliness is at the top of our priorities and your comments have brought extra attention to the rooms that are awaiting renovation as we also thank you for sharing with us that our tub was clogged. Our maintenance department was able to get it back in the best working condition, so we do not anticipate that issue for future guests.
