After talking to the host or representative they stated " check-in on the add says 4pm-6pm" (Which it does not, I have proof). He then proceeded to tell us we would need to wait about an hour for the property to be finished getting cleaned. We agreed begrudgingly. At 5:15 the house looked no different. we were unable to get ahold of the host. We decided to check-in hoping cleaning could be finished around us. When the cleaning lady arrived she was irate, & frustrated with "the lack of communication from the property manager" but she did agree to clean around us. She did not officially finish clean and left for the night at 9:24pm.On top of that the house was still a mess. Firstly an entire bed was MISSING. A/C did not cool well, floors were Still sticky after she mopped & could see dirt/ stains on the floor. Some of the bathrooms you could tell had basically just cleaned the toilets. Every dish in the cabinets were dusty and dirty. The couch decretive pillows where dingy and dirty there where cobwebs and dust. It was clean and in a great area no complaints. The property owner was very easy to reach whenever I had questions and the check in process was very easy. This rental is exactly as pictured and comes with all of the necessary amenities. A great place to stay and explore the city. Check in/Out was easy and all instructions were clear. Property manager was responsive to all questions we had pre-check in and we found the property to be exactly as described.
