The decor and cleanliness is terrific and it had everything we needed. The hosts are amazing and always available when needed. They even dropped off a new pool net for us per our request. My only wish is that the pool would’ve been heated and there would have been a hot tub (I didn’t realize that until after I booked). There were spiders that were literally crawling on my cousin as she sat at the dining room table trying to eat. There were ants with wings that were found in my pizza box after I walked away for all of 5 minites and multiple bugs found in the master bathroom's bathtub. The manager was quick to respond but stated that someone would be there to clean the next morning which wasn't ok for me because why do I have to sleep in these conditions after paying a not cheap price for a clean home which included a cleaning fee. Unfortunately my daughter woke up the next day with random bites/ bumps on her legs. To top it all off I have yet to receive the discount the manager stated I would get and the cleaning lady came to the house at 9am and sat outside until we left at 11 just watching us load our belongings.
