It’s in a great neighborhood— lots of great cafes and shops within walking distance and an upscale HEB practically in the backyard. It was peaceful and quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable. Our host who lives in the beautiful house in front was very welcoming and thoughtful in furnishing the apartment with all kinds of amenities. We had an awesome stay at Leonard’s studio. The neighborhood was walkable with coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants all a block or two away. The apartment was well equipped with shampoo/ conditioner, charging ports, and even a clothing steamer that Leonard graciously got for us. What blew us away was Leonard’s generosity, hospitality, and warmth. He gave us local tips to ensure we had a lovely stay, checked up on us to make sure we were comfortable, and let us store our luggage so we could explore the neighborhood further after our stay. None the less it was the perfect size for a couple and was equipped and stocked with coffee, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent for our use. The fact that we also had the use of a secure garage for our vehicle was an added bonus. It is located in a great area with restaurants and a grocery within walking distance.
