I didn't use the pool or any other amenities other than the room. Staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make my experience better. I noticed the room was clean and well maintained. I was slightly disappointed that the room had roaches but I managed. Air conditioning worked sufficiently. My second night I had an issue sleeping as the smoke alarm sounded off; more than once. The first time it happened was just as I was getting into sleep, around 11:15 p. m. I thought I could just go back to sleep but it happened again repeating several times. This was around 1 a. m. I called the front desk and the attendant came immediately. He attempted to fix the smoke alarm but realized that it was wired into the building and not just battery. He offered me another room, which I accepted. This attendant is someone I would want on my team: responsive and able to solve problems to make my stay more comfortable.

Maybe free Continental breakfast would have helped improve it, though as things are changing with living expenses, maybe that is now why it isn't free/included. Other places similar some do provide the breakfast as prepackaged muffins or granola bars and bottles orange juice or apple juice. Some don't provide breakfast. That is my only thought to mention. The stay was great, peaceful, heater worked which was incredible, and the front desk staff were polite.

Close and friendly

The hotel was quite, close to the hwy and central to everything i needed to do. Suggest more towels and more outlets to charge phone and other devices. The staff was incredible with making last minute arrangements.

There are no issue's here, except I never see this breakfast they offer,lol. Either I'm late getting up or it's done before I come down. Check in is fast and easy. Nice and quiet. Staff is nice.

The guys behind the desk were very nice room was clean as best as it could be. The door was not secure at the bottom. It had obviously been kicked in before or something. Pool was nice. Overall I would return but the door would have to be in proper condition

They discriminate against disabled people with service animals they do not know the law and try to scam you for a deposit on a servise animal that states by law you cannot be charged for a servise animal ..When givin the service animal certificate.and showing them there website it had clearlly stated servise animals were allowed ..after 15-20 minutes of aguring with the guy who. Works downstairs, he now states these a pet deposit is $175 now after he told me not 5 minutes prior that no animals of any kind were allowed on the property. On Expedia and the great value websigjt , it claims service dogs are welcomed... they do not hold up with what they claim online it took a phone call to a lawyer for them to finally allow my servise animal to come on the property. The Guy, working the desk said dogs can't be in the room bc the servise animal will stink up the unit. , arriving at the room. I'm immediately greeted with dead animal smell and mouse pee. Along with rat poison all around the bathroom and both beds. Under the sink, there was a glue trap. That seems to obtain at least 3 mice, that have been there long enough for them to become unrecognizable. There was also a dead mouse In middle of hallway I discovered several hours later going downstairs because the elevator also does not work my father is disabled and in this establishment its not handicap or wheelchair accessible. As it states online that it is . .. Nor willing to put

It's an older hotel, and the shower felt rather spongy but the greatest flaw of this hotel is the location. The nature of the highways make getting anywhere a nightmare and walking to dinner a serious multiple km hike. If you need a place to crash and not eat, it's great
