The location was amazing and having access to a stunning (and stunningly clean) pool were our favorite things. The unit was perfectly stocked and we thought it completely charming that there was even a plastic carafe to be able to enjoy wine by the pool. Other favorite things included the hot water and water pressure in the showers, the unit's proximity to our second unit, and the roominess altogether. Location-wise, we visited Ducky McSchweeney's a few too many times, but also were able to walk to the Galleria Shops as well as Whole Foods and Randall's for groceries.The host team was responsive and helpful and we truly had a great week-long stay at the Marquee Uptown. Apartment/Condo had an updated mid-century modern vintage aesthetic with a lovely pool and seating area, with secure parking. It was well stocked, clean & perfect for our needs! Location was so convenient to surrounding areas and The Galleria was easily accessible at the end of the street. The manager was friendly, helpful & extremely accommodating. The unit is on the ground floor and you can hear the neighbors conversations throught the ceiling. Also, there was a mechanical sound in the ceiling that awoke us at 4AM. It lasted for about 10 minutes- maybe a dishwasher? The place was clean but very sterile. After the fees and damage insurance, I regretted not staying in a hotel. ##### Richard W.
