Owner upgrades include carpet, blinds, dining chandelier, and kitchen cabinet lighting. Bonus 130 sq. ft. exercise room, extended cedar-covered patio, landscaped yard with water garden, and gate to trail. Includes sprinklers, gutters, garage opener, and 6 years remaining on builder warranty. No windstorm insurance needed in Fort Bend County.
