Owner needs to respond to text messages in a timely manner! Checked in late Thursday night and the house did feel a little warm inside but it was cool outside so we didn’t notice that the air conditioning unit was not on until Friday night when we got back from the Houston rodeo! Started texting Saturday morning that the air conditioner was not working but he did not respond until Saturday night and we were at another event! We were checking out Sunday morning so coming by late Saturday night was not an option! Also he texted me what was supposed to be his phone number but all I saw was xxx- xxx-xxxx so I couldn’t call him! Other than that the neighbor hood and house were great! Would only rebook if his communication got better!
