"We stayed at a Fairfield Inn and had a very pleasant experience.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a thoughtful variety, including individual oatmeal cups, milk, water, and fruit—everything well presented and convenient.
The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was consistently kind and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were just right, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing for a truly restful stay.
Overall, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. We would gladly stay here again. 💛

"I had booked three nights total but completely had to check out on the second day due to the bug bites all over my arms and legs, the beds we disgusting with human hair inbetween headboard and mattress the carpets filthy, it was musty and moldy smelling the air conditioning unit was hanging on the wall by tape. I asked for a extra sheet and and had to go and buy blankets to sleep on at the local tjmaxx, as well go to home depot and buy a 10$ can of HOT SHOT BED BUG SPRAY FOR OUR BLANKETS AND CLOTHES AND BAGS. The tv was blurry couldn’t see on it the pool was so cloudy and disgusting looking my child was NOT GOING NEAR IT. My vehicle was broken into the phone in the room had no cord, hair dryer had decided on it, I wasn’t not going to stay another day in that hotel. "

Had I known they didn't have one or couldn't tell guest where it was, I would have chosen another property."
