Three terraces to enjoy the sun all day. The village of Lachanau is an old village of traditional fishermen's houses, the place is peaceful, no noise pollution, a few rare cars, even in high season, the Médoc cycle path with two strokes of the pedals. 200 m from the lake in a protected location, near the town of Hourtin (1.4 km), the same as the port and 14 km from the ocean, you can choose to take a bicycle to circulate safely on the cycle paths for , go to the beach, by the lake or go around the lake to discover the fauna and flora of the lake and the marsh, without forgetting the forest landscapes of the Médoc, the large beaches and the estuary to discover! For the sportsmen, and the amateurs of veil, Kite or board, the place is ideal and known to be one of the best spots of the coast. For beginners, the Kite school is 200 m away by the lake. The place is also ideal for the little ones, the shallow depth of the lake allows them to play without danger in a still preserved setting. Autumn, spring or summer, the Médoc offers you multiple activities, not forgetting the famous Médoc vineyard a few kilometers away. (Yvonne is Nederlandse ) Een zeer compleet huis met heerlijke bedden (matrassen) zelfs de kinderbedden slapen comfortabel . Rust en stilte s'Nachts. Er is een volledige inventaris aanwezig van fietsen tot olijfolie , koffie tot strandstoelen ; écht alles .Alle benodigdheden van een woning zoals thuis. In de goed onderhouden ruime tuin is alles aanwezig om heerlijk te relaxen,eten( bbq-en ,) zonnen. Het meertje is te voet te bereiken , een mooie wandeling en ook goed te doen met kleine kinderen. Piepkleine strandjes bij het meer met laag water , verder het meer in wordt het dieper om te zwemmen. Het gezellige centrum van Hourtin is met de fiets snel te bereiken waar zich voldoende winkels bevinden voor de boodschappen,supermarkt,slager,bakker enz. Tevens enkele eetgelegenheden en terrasje met crossaint en koffie. Het heerlijke rustige strand is met de auto ongeveer 20 minuten, (met de fiets een prachtige rit over grotendeels fietspaden door de duinen) goede wegen en gratis parkeren met enkele leuke kleine strandtentjes waar men s'avonds kan iets kan drinken of eten en genieten van de prachtig zonsondergang. Het vakantiehuisje heeft een perfecte locatie. Dichtbij het strand en dichtbij een leuk stadje. Verder heeft het veel faciliteiten waar gebruik van kan worden gemaakt. Zo hebben ze een vaatwasser, een koffiezetapparaat, fietsen om de omgeving te verkennen etc. Het was een heerlijk verblijf. Sehr schön sind die verschiedenen Terrassen, die man je nach Sonnenstand nutzen kann. Ideal ist die Lage des Hauses, sehr ruhige Gegend, nah beim See. La maison offre tout le confort dont on a besoin. Elle est superbement équipée! Les 3 terrasses sont toutes équipées de table, de sièges et parasols. Une partie du jardin est équipé d’une table de ping-pong et de chaises longues. Il y a des vélos de bonne qualité à disposition ainsi que des jeux de société, de plein air et un barbecue. La partie arrière de la maison donne sur un espace vert qui sépare les différentes maisons du quartier, ce qui donne de l’intimité. Le quartier est calme et la maison est idéalement située et proche de la ville d’Hourtin où il y a pas mal de commerces et marchés. Superbe région entre océan, estuaire et lac. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute, très attentifs et généreux en conseil. L'endroit est calme, tout proche du lac (5min pied), très proche de Hourtin en vélo (10min) et très bien équipé : vélo, BBQ, parasol, chaises longues, boules... La maison est spacieuse 3 belles chambres, avec deux très belle terrasse, donc l'une est tjs à l ombre... vraiment un petit coin tranquille, facile avec des enfants car piste cyclable juste à coté. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille (avec nos 2 ados) dans votre jolie maison très bien équipée, confortable et meublée avec goût. Les terrasses sont conviviales et pratiques. C’est vraiment un endroit à recommander chaleureusement : - à tous les amateurs de repos : la maison est située dans une rue bien calme, non loin des plages sauvages du lac ; - et également à tous les sportifs : proche du lac pour les kitesurfers, proche des pistes cyclables, etc. De plus, les commerçants d’Hourtin ne sont vraiment pas loin de la maison.
