(code) It consists of a living room of 55m2 with open kitchen, 2 large windows of 3 meters with galandage and 1 window door. The kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge (fresh water, ice and crushed ice), dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, raclette machine, blender, induction hob, hood... Living room with corner sofa of brand fama largest ottoman and large television 121cm Full HD. 1 reading corner with 2 armchairs. Entrance with shoe cabinet and wardrobe. 2wc independent. A large corridor that serves 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. A bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double sink and heated towel dryer. The first bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a bed of 140\*200. The second bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, 2 single beds with a drawer bed underneath (possibility to sleep to 3 children) The third bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, a bed 160\*200 and a bay window. Pantry with washing machine. Garage of 15m2 not allowing to park a car. The flooring of the house is entirely in oak parquet except in the WC and pantry where there are tiles. Wir haben mit drei Generationen in diesem wunderschönen und geschmackvoll und modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus einen traumhaften Ferienaufenthalt genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die gesamte Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und war noch komfortabler und umfangreicher, als in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die gesamte Einrichtung und das Haus mit Garten waren gepflegt und sehr sauber - 1a!. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und sehr nett, wie auch der Kontakt zu der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Die ruhige Lage und der wirklich nahe gelegene See haben zusätzlich für einen erholsamen und stressfreien Urlaub gesorgt. Alles in allem können wir diese Ferienunterkunft wärmstens empfehlen - hätte auch ohne weiteres einen 6\. Stern verdient. Situé dans un quartier plutôt calme, proche de la plage du Lac mais assez loin pour ne pas être incommodé par le bruit des animations du soir (concert, karaoké,etc). Il y a des commerces à proximité et nous avons loué des vélos, il y a de belles pistes cyclables en site propre, idéal pour les enfants, qui permettent de rejoindre la mer en toute sécurité.Bon contact avec le propriétaire qui répond rapidement aux demandes. ##### Stef L.
