The staff was super professional, friendly and informative from check-in to check-out. The food was hot and tasty. Their Daily Kick-back runs circles around Embassy Suites."

"The staff was amazing - there was a situation in our hallway one night and the staff apologized and gave us a free breakfast to compensate for something out of their control. The restaurant onsite is fabulous. Would definitely stay again. Room was clean and large!"

"Breakfast was sad-looking. I tried the scrambled eggs , which did not taste like eggs-very watery. Room had comfortable bed, but carpeting in room was like walking on concrete. It took me several tries to turn on the water to the bathtub, very hard to turn- I thought I would break the handle. The staff was great- very friendly and helpful. But the place was just weird."

"Our room was beautiful, we stay at this hotel very often, but the breakfast sure has went down hill lately. You can’t call it a breakfast anymore. Toast, yogurt, and cereal is a snack unfortunately. Other than that we really like this hotel and will stay again."

"I reserved 2 rooms and both rooms had a foul odor. One room smelled like marijuana and the other room smelled musty. I told the staff and they couldn’t move me to another room but they did offer some febreeze spray and that helped."

"Had to pay to park in hotel lot? Refrig not cold. No ice bucket bag, asked front desk. No help, said housekeeping was gone for the day. All outlets so warn out they wouldn't hold anything plugged into them. A/C unit had switch for low & high fan. Didn't work, stayed on high no matter what."
