Very friendly staff
A new hotel which is well thought out.
Very central but quiet.
The room was small but had everything that you wanted for a solo traveller
Four stars because an old shower cap was left behind.
It wouldn’t be a hotel I would stay at longer than 1-2 days, good base for exploring.

The property was close to the square as well as on a very lively street filled with wonderful restaurants. The hotel was lovely , the staff was very friendly and helpful . They offer a breakfast buffet every morning ( extra charge ) but delicious ! There is a courtyard and the hotel has a bar with great bartenders . I would highly recommend and would absolutely return !

The room was beautifully appointed, with the bathroom and changing area well separated from the sleeping area. The balcony gave a nice view of nearby architecture. The location of the hotel was in walking distance to the main Republic plaza, dining, and the Palais des Beaux Arts. The Citadel park, also in walking distance, served as a viewing point of the solar eclipse. Eurostar train service to London and other locations in mainland Europe was a short 20 min walk away.
The buffet breakfast was excellent and I especially appreciated the water spiggets on each floor to fill up your water bottle with either plain filtered or carbonated water. The front desk was mostly helpful, although one woman could have used additional customer support training in cheerfully answering questions. The room was cooled to a comfortable temperature, a welcome respite from the outside heat wave. All in all a wonderful experience. I would return.

Staff so helpful
Breakfast was very good.
Room was a little small and bathroom dated. No extractor fan .

"The location is perfect! It is right beside Les Place Des Heros which had fabulous dining options and shops. The building architecture is stunning. The room (beds) are small. They could use better pillows. I felt hot sleeping but you could open a window which helped some."
