"The property is expensive, but in many ways worth it. Always a taxi available. Taxi to airport approx $60 (US currency) each way or you can make your way to the train station (10 min walk). The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Marco greeted us and gave us an excellent introduction to the hotel and facilities. Valentina, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were both amazing people and made us feel very welcome. Everyone spoke English, among other languages, and was polite. The bar prices were reasonable. The staff there were very friendly. Bad things: The food is very poor in quantity and quality, especially for the prices charged. I am not saying this as an "American who expects large portions". We paid $14 each for 2 soups (one mushroom, one wonton). Both were about 3/4 cup. The mushroom was completely creamed, like Campbells worthy and the wonton was poor watery chicken broth with odd meat filled breadsticks that apparently were the wontons (this is not a dumpling). We also got a chicken Ceasar salad for $28 which is essentially 1 grilled chicken breast and 4 small leaves of lettuce under it. For desert we said well let's get the NY Cheesecake. I don't know what that was, but cheesecake it was not. More like custard pie. We couldn't finish it. Even though everything in Zurich is very expensive, it would be nice to know the hotel was a good option, but it is definitely not. Our total bill for the meal was about $80 US. "
