  • A beautiful home on Ponce DeLeon Golf course. Spacious layout with lots of glass overlooking the 12th green. The home has been upgraded with LVP throughout the home with carpet in the bedrooms. Spacious living room area with two comfortable sofas and large HDTV. There is a formal dining room with table for 6 and an eat in kitchen area with table for 4. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the covered deck. There is a jetted tub and a walk in shower in the master bathroom. There is a guest bedroom with king bed that overlooks the golf course. Each of the bedrooms have a smart HDTV with wifi provided throughout the home. There is a large garage with ping pong table. There is a covered deck with furnishings. Serene, peaceful home that truly is your getaway vacation home.

This home was perfect for our family while arranging my grandmother’s funeral in HSV. Plenty of space, had all the essentials, plenty of linens. There were several dead large flying ants that we had to vacuum up in each room upon arrival. The bedroom in the front of the home with the two beds did not have adequate air circulation (room was 14 degrees warmer) and this posed an inconvenience for family staying in that room. We accidentally left a baby toy, hopefully the host will be able to ship it to us if it’s found. Overall, a great stay!
